Clearing the METIS local Report cache

In rare cases there is an indifference between the local cached Report definitions

And Online version. This may result in errors when generating reports.

To resolve this issue it is necessary to clear the local cached Report definitions

Go to METIS Administration

Open METIS and click on the Metis Administration.
In the Metis Administration select "Settings". 

Select Data

In the Settings menu select "Data" and Press "Clear Report Cache"

Once "Completed" Close the "Metis Settings" window

No data will be deleted or lost by performing this action
